The algorithm support service is a free service (some special projects and on-board programming are paid services), and we are as flexible as possible to respond to customer requests for new chip programming support in programmer software support. The algorithm to support the submission process is simple:
You sent us a request to add a chip that is not yet supported in the programmer software (if possible, please provide some chip samples).
We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your request, along with information on our work plan, expected solution deadlines, and suitable programming adapters (if required).
After these are completed, we will notify you that the latest version of the software version (downloaded from our official website) is ready to use.
If you are not completely satisfied with our solution (eg technically impossible, or expensive, or no programming specification available, etc.), we will contact you immediately and propose other suitable solutions.
Note:
Our service is free and therefore no claims can be made.
We will serve you as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all needs will be met immediately
We reserve the right to prioritize the needs of all users.
Algorithm support services are closely related to Acroview programmers, and users who own multiple Acroview programmers will have priority over users of a single Acroview programmer.
In addition, registration as an Acroview Programmer member request will have priority
We do our best to meet your needs.
Please provide a separate form for a request. If there are multiple chips on the same form, we will only follow the first one.
We understand that those unanswered questions may not be important to you.
The Algorithm Request Form can also be used to support requests for non-programmable chips (such as tests), or chips with no internal memory section. In this case, please indicate what we need to do with the chip in the "Request a Note" section
