Intelligent imaging system
● Four sets of bottom cameras (1.3 million pixels) for synchronous IC deviation correction, and one set of top camera (1.3 million pixels) for positioning of various workstations (including trays, tapes, programming sockets, etc.).
● Creative automatic identify the outer contour for IC positioning function, making the operation easier and simpler than the traditional template matching method.
● Support ultra-small package chips with high precision: chip packages down to 1.0X1.5mm

Automatic In-out Tray (AutoTray) System

Automatic Tape Out Device

● It can handle tape widths ranging from 8 to 44 mm, expandable to 72 mm.
● It features high-precision stepping feeding (±0.04 mm).

You can choose from a vision inspection module, automatic tube in-out feeding device, ink dotting mechanism, inkjet printer, and laser marking device.

● It can effectively identify defective products such as overturned chips, reversed chips, and chips with missing markings.
