The IPS3000S is a high-performance automated programmer with four suction nozzles launched by Acroview. It can be equipped with up to 4 powerful Acroview’s AP8000 Programmer-core. The system can be expanded to a maximum of 32 or 64 programming stations, providing customers with efficient and cost-effective production capacity utilization.


● The IPS automatic machine framework, which is widely trusted by customers, ensures the stable and reliable operation of the machine throughout its entire life cycle.


● The state-of-art four-suction-nozzle chip pick-and-place system achieves a balance of high-speed and high-efficiency (UPH2500), while also taking into account pick-and-place accuracy and ultra-quiet operation.


● The high-performance servo drive system, combined with the high-precision ball screw transmission system, perfectly integrates ultra-high precision and ultra-high output efficiency.


● Support ultra-small package chips with high precision.

● It has 4 built-in programmers and 32 or 64 programming sites.

● It can reach an output of up to 2500 UPH (Unit Per Hour).

● Supported IC types: UFS, eMMC, MCU, Nor/Nand Flash, EEPROM, CPLD, FPGA, Anti-Fuse, and other customer-customized chips/modules.

● Four sets of bottom cameras (1.3 million pixels) for synchronous IC deviation correction, and one set of top camera (1.3 million pixels) for positioning of various workstations (including trays, tapes, programming sockets, etc.).

● Automatic identify the outer contour IC positioning function, making the operation easier and simpler than the traditional template matching method.

● Support ultra-small package chips with high precision: chip packages down to 1.0X1.5mm

● The IC pick-and-place is more accurate, ensuring the stability of IC pick-and-place and high output.

● It can effectively identify defective products such as overturned chips, reversed chips, and chips with missing markings.

● Ink Dotting Mechanism: The optional ink dotting mechanism supports marking ICs on both automatic trays and in automatic tape-out processes.

● Inkjet Printer: The optional inkjet printer supports printing IC markings on both automatic trays and in automatic tape-out processes.

  ✔It can perform dotting and character printing, support multiple colors, and the ink meets ROHS requirements.

● Laser Printer: The optional laser printer supports printing IC markings on both automatic trays and in automatic tape-out processes.
