Meet at SEMICON China 2026 | Explore the Future of Chip Testing with Acroview

author::Microelectronicsrelease date:2026-03-16Viewers:8

As the global semiconductor industry enters a critical period of technological iteration and ecological restructuring, a grand event that gathers industrial strength and deciphers the codes of development arrives as scheduled. From March 25th to 27th, SEMICON China 2026 will open at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a benchmark global semiconductor exhibition deeply rooted in the Chinese market since 1988, it features an exhibition scale exceeding 100,000 square meters and a lineup of over 1,500 high-quality global exhibitors, building a core bridge for technical exchange and resource connection. Furthermore, it leverages more than 20 high-standard industry forums as a platform, bringing together top global experts and corporate leaders to jointly assess industrial development trends for 2026. This makes it a pivotal window for gaining insights into the global semiconductor industry pulse and seizing opportunities for domestic substitution.

Amidst the global wave of semiconductor equipment localization, testing equipment, serving as the "lifeline" for chip reliability assurance, has made its technological breakthroughs and self-sufficiency crucial pillars supporting high-quality industrial development. Data indicates that global semiconductor test equipment sales reached $11.2 billion in 2025 (+48.1% YoY), with the Chinese market accounting for approximately 40%, corresponding to a scale of about $4.48 billion. However, in technologically challenging areas like SOC testers, the localization rate remains below 5%, indicating vast potential for breakthroughs. Against this backdrop, Acroview Technology, a leading enterprise in semiconductor testing equipment, will make a significant appearance at this exhibition, showcasing its core technologies, innovative products, and full-chain solutions in the field of chip testing. By responding to industry needs with deep technological expertise and supporting domestic substitution with ecological layout, Acroview highlights the innovative strength of Chinese semiconductor equipment companies.

As a specialized and sophisticated enterprise deeply rooted in the semiconductor field for years, Acroview Technology has long established its industry position in chip programming, providing reliable fully automated programming solutions for globally renowned companies such as Huawei, Infineon, Microchip, BYD, and Foxconn, accumulating profound industrial experience and technical know-how. In recent years, leveraging deep insights into industry pain points, Acroview has officially entered the semiconductor testing field. It has assembled an R&D team led by top technical experts from international chip giants like Fairchild Semiconductor, Texas Instruments, and Freescale, bringing together elite talents from China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and beyond. By deeply integrating advanced testing technology, ultra-high-precision sorting technology, and AI algorithm optimization strategies, Acroview has built a core technology system with independent intellectual property rights, providing a referential "chip" model for the development of the domestic integrated circuit industry.

Technological innovation is the core confidence behind Acroview's breakthrough. Its first core product, the V9000 series test handler, precisely targets the high-end testing field, breaking the technological monopoly of overseas enterprises. This product series covers two core application scenarios: On one hand, it meets the Burn-In reliability testing needs for high-end products such as power modules, AI large model training chips (SOC, GPU, CPU), and automotive-grade intelligent driving SOCs, adapting to the rapid development of the AI and new energy vehicle industries. On the other hand, it enables system-level testing for SOCs, high-capacity memory chips (eMMC, UFS, LPDDR, etc.), RF chips, and modules, comprehensively covering diverse testing needs across the semiconductor industry.

V9000

In terms of technological breakthroughs, the V9000 series fully automatic Burn-In test system achieves two revolutionary innovations: First, it innovatively proposes a "fully online" solution for Burn-In testing, integrating the entire testing process into automated control. This completely eliminates the unrecorded, non-traceable, and potential ESD risks associated with manual operations, achieving standardization and traceability of the testing process and significantly enhancing testing reliability. Second, it pioneers the TempJIT™ high-power burn-in test temperature control technology, supporting up to 1500W per DUT, which is over 1.5 times the maximum power support capacity of traditional burn-in test equipment. This effectively addresses the industry pain point of high-power testing for advanced chips.

As a masterpiece culmination of Acroview's decades of technological expertise, the V9000-ABI series fully automatic Burn-In test system achieves comprehensive technological integration and enhancement. It combines the extensive industry experience of the founder team from chip manufacturers like Fairchild Semiconductor and Texas Instruments, Acroview's mature FPGA-based test system hardware and software platform, and over 30 years of semiconductor chip sorting automation technology know-how from R&D teams in Japan and Singapore. This forms a triple advantage of "experience + technology + platform." This solution not only effectively resolves the pain points of traditional Burn-In test equipment—low efficiency, poor yield, and high cost—but also helps customers achieve significant reductions in per-DUT testing costs while improving test efficiency and product yield, truly realizing a win-win situation of technical and market value.

Currently, the rapid iteration of AI and large model technologies is propelling the semiconductor industry into a new phase of collaborative ecological development. Domestic substitution is evolving from "single-point breakthroughs" to "ecological synergy." Deeply understanding the laws of industrial development, Acroview Technology, based on its "1+N" semiconductor equipment platform strategy, is comprehensively deploying across multiple core segments of the semiconductor industry: In the field of test handling, it covers fully automatic burn-in test systems, SLT handlers, turret test handlers, and pick-and-place handlers, with future plans to enter the probe station equipment market, building a full-scenario test equipment matrix. In the field of R&D and engineering testing, it has launched PSV (Post-Silicon Validation) test systems, engineering P&P handlers (replacing engineer manual testing), and engineering burn-in test systems to help enterprises improve R&D efficiency and reduce costs. In the field of laser marking, its full series of laser marking equipment covers diverse scenarios from wafer marking to Strip and Tray, and is widely used by renowned Japanese companies such as Rohm and Toshiba, demonstrating the international competitiveness of its products.

Transitioning from a single equipment supplier to an industrial ecosystem builder, Acroview's strategic layout not only aligns with the new trend of "platformization" in the semiconductor industry but also embodies the responsibility and mission of domestic semiconductor equipment companies—to break monopolies through technological innovation, to consolidate strength through ecological synergy, and to advance domestic substitution from "technically feasible" to "market implementation."

From March 25th to 27th, at Booth 4209, Hall T4, Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Acroview Technology will adopt an open stance to showcase its core breakthroughs and ecological layout in the semiconductor testing field. It aims to discuss technological innovation, explore development opportunities with global industry partners, and jointly promote the high-quality development of China's semiconductor industry. We sincerely invite colleagues from all sectors to visit and join us in this "chip" stirring engagement.
