Acroview Programmer Supports WCH's 32-Bit Industrial General-Purpose Microcontroller CH32V303RC

author::Microelectronicsrelease date:2026-04-21Viewers:23

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has announced an expansion of its compatible chip range alongside the release of its latest programming software. Among the updates, its universal programming platform AP8000 now fully supports WCH's 32-bit industrial general-purpose microcontroller CH32V303RCT, providing efficient and reliable professional programming support for relevant customers.

The CH32V303RCT is an industrial-grade general-purpose microcontroller based on a 32-bit RISC-V design. It features a hardware stack area and fast interrupt entry, significantly improving interrupt response speed over the standard RISC-V architecture. The CH32V303RCT is equipped with a V4F core, incorporating a single-precision floating-point instruction set and an expanded stack area, delivering higher computing performance. It extends the number of USARTs to 8 groups and motor timers to 4 groups.

The AP8000 universal programmer, independently developed by Acroview Technology, has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The device supports flexible and adjustable 1-to-1 and 1-to-8 configuration modes, and offers both online and offline operation. With dedicated programming solutions developed specifically for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips, it fully covers the offline bare-chip programming and on-board programming needs of WCH's entire chip series. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design consisting of three core modules: main unit, base board, and adapter, giving the device outstanding compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market but also serves as a core component of Acroview's automated batch programmer IPS5800S with stable and efficient performance, efficiently handling large-scale chip programming tasks to meet mass production needs.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through the networking function, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers and efficiently perform parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates intelligent safety protection circuitry that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. If anomalies such as reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, fully safeguarding the safe operation of chips and the programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, greatly improving data transmission and processing efficiency to ensure a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance ease of use, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users only need to save project files generated on a PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot, then use the programmer's physical buttons to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the working environment setup, significantly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination design of base board and adapter board, effectively expanding the main unit's functional boundaries. Currently, the device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as HAAWKING, XHSC, ZHIXIN, SAMSUNG, and KIOXIA. Its supported device types are extensive, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, and more, and it is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
