Acroview Programmer Supports Fortior Tech's Three-Phase Motor Control Microcontroller FU6532T

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has officially announced the further expansion of its compatible chip model coverage with the release of a new version of its programming software. The company's core product, the universal programming platform AP8000, has now achieved full adaptation with Fortior Tech's three-phase motor control microcontroller FU6532T.

The FU6532T is a high-performance motor-drive dedicated chip that integrates a motor control engine (ME) and an 8051 core. The ME integrates numerous hardware modules such as FOC, MDU, LPF, PID, and SVPWM, enabling hardware-automated computation and control for sensored/sensorless BLDC motor/PMSM FOC drive or square-wave drive. The 8051 core is used for parameter configuration and daily routine handling, with the dual-core parallel operation realizing various high-performance motor controls. Most instruction cycles of the 8051 core are 1T or 2T. The chip also integrates high-speed operational amplifiers, comparators, high-speed ADC, CRC, SPI, I2C, UART, multiple timers, and built-in LDO, making it suitable for square-wave and FOC drive control of BLDC/PMSM motors.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through the networking function, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers and efficiently carry out parallel programming operations. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormalities such as chip reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, comprehensively safeguarding the safe operation of chips and programmers. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly improving data transmission and processing efficiency to ensure a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance user convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the rear of the main unit. Users only need to store the project file generated on a PC to the SD card and insert it into the slot, then they can complete file selection, loading, and programming operations through the programmer's physical buttons, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the working environment setup process, significantly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination design of base board and adapter board, effectively extending the main unit's functionality. Currently, the device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston.
