Functional Block Diagram
Acroview Technology's independently developed AP8000 universal programmer has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. This device supports flexible configurations, including 1-to-1 and 1-to-8 modes, and offers both online and offline operation modes. It features dedicated programming solutions developed specifically for memory chips like eMMC and UFS, comprehensively covering the needs for off-line programming of bare chips and on-board programming for OnMicro's entire series of chips. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design with three core modules: main unit, motherboard, and adapter socket, granting the device excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market but also serves as a core component of Acroview's automated mass production programmer, the IPS5800S, with its stable and efficient performance, efficiently handling large-scale chip programming tasks to meet mass production requirements.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling easy networking of multiple programmers. Through the networking function, users can effortlessly achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming operations. Regarding safety, the main unit incorporates an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies such as reverse insertion or short circuits, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, safeguarding the chip and programmer comprehensively. The main unit houses a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly enhancing data transfer and processing efficiency, ensuring a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance user convenience, an SD card slot is located on the back of the main unit. Users simply need to save the project file generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and use the programmer's physical buttons to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependency on computer hardware specifications but also simplifies the setup of the working environment, significantly enhancing operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 employs a modular design combining a motherboard and adapter boards, effectively extending the main unit's functional boundaries. Currently, the device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. It supports a wide range of device types, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, and EMMC, and is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats like Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, all-scenario chip programming solution.
